WHAT IS A DAUGHTER

            Hello Everyone:

       This week holds a very special place in my heart. It is my daughter, Jennifer's, birthday.

        Jennifer is so many things to me. A daughter, best friend, my baby. She is someone to confide in, laugh with, cry with, craft with. Most of all, a beautiful woman who has a kind and gentle soul. I am so thankful that this precious little gift was sent to me.

        I made this box-card for her. It is a birthday, thank you, and best friend card all rolled into one.

        I wanted to make something special so I went to Lily Box  and from this site, made my card.

        After making the flowers with my very favorite white parchment paper from Specialty Paper's Plus, I pulled out my Crafter's Companion's ultimate tool and Boxer Board. I used pink and black card stock (her favorite colors). Using the measurement's from the website, the box came together in no time. On the inside panels,first spraying with Gold Spray and Sparkle, then cutting out spellbinders circle shapes, I used the Stick and stay spray to keep them in place. I stamped the circles with the flower from Flower Fairies Friends Zinnia set. Then I finished up with the sweetest little stamp set from  S.W.A.L.K. 'Best Friends' . The saying is so true..
