Fairy Land

Hi Everyone,

I am so excited, today I made a card with the new stamps from "La-La Land Crafts".
I purchased mine from scrap-mart.
The two I used are:

" Whimsy Mushroom Set"
and
"Daisy Faerie Marci"

I started with the " Fairyscapes Sunrise"
background card from  Kan ban.
Stamped out the fairy and the little
mushrooms then colored them in with
a combination of Copic and Spectrum-Noir
markers. Cut them out and placed them down with foam dots. I put glitter on her wings, the mushrooms, and a few other places. The sentiment is from the
Then I made the butterfly ribbon bow out of
I had in my stash.
I had a great time making this wall hanging.

I hope you liked it.
Thank you for stopping by.
And have a scrappy day.

Snow Princess

Hi Everyone,

We have some wonderful stamps from
" The Paint Box Poppets Line "
These are the new Christmas edition.
And they are so precious!!

I call mine "Snow Princess"

I started with a piece of Christmas card stock
folded in half.  I stamped out the image on Premium-Card stock with tuxedo black Memento Ink. Colored it in with my
Spectrum-Noir markers then cut it out and placed it on a green spellbinders
die frame with foam dots.
Then placed that on the red card stock.
I did the same thing with the sentiment, "Snow Princess". I used some of my ribbon from
really reasonable ribbons, placed that down the side and added a bow with a flower in the middle. Then placed flowers all around.

On the inside I used a Martha Stewart Punch and placed that down each side and let it stick out so you can see it on the outside. Placed the sentiment inside and done.

You can find all the new stamp sets at crafterscompanion.com
There will also be a new CD-ROM to go with this set and all kinds of other goodies.

Don't forget to pop over to the
the theme this month is friendship.

Yay, shopping :)

I hope you enjoyed the card this week.

And have a scrappy day:)

Sunday Dinner

Hi Everyone,

Today I have a recipe my daughter Jennifer created.

"Cheese Steak Pizza"

Fast and easy.

I made this for the first time a
few days ago, and it was soooo good!!!

Ingredients:

1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb roast beef shaved
1 lb mushrooms sliced
1 lg onion chopped
1 cup banana peppers
1 or 2 green, yellow or red peppers
sliced into strips
3 or 4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
salt n pepper to taste
Creamy Italian dressing.
Red pepper flakes (option)
Parsley (optional)

Preheat oven to 350
Open can of crescents, roll out and place on a foil lined cookies sheet sprayed with Pam.
Make sure to press the perforated spots together, so you have  one piece of dough to work with. Bake for 10 min.

While the dough is baking, saute the onions, mushrooms, and peppers (Not banana peppers) in a pan with a little butter. ( I left my peppers raw, I like them crisp on top of pizza). When crust comes out of the oven, pour Italian dressing on top then half the cheese. Spread the roast beef around, as mush as you like. Then the sauteed veggies and
banana peppers. Top with the last of the cheese
and salt and pepper to taste. ( I added some red pepper flakes for a little kick.) Bake
another 10 to 15 min or until the cheese is golden brown.  Top with parsley. Serve with mayo on the side for dipping.

Add a salad and a cold iced tea and dinner is served!!!

I hope you will try this recipe, it is awesome!!

Thank you Jennifer for the recipe.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
And have a wonderful Sunday.
