Sunday Dinner

Hi Everyone,

Today, a very easy dessert!

        "Bisquick Peach Cobbler"

Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 can (29 ounce size) sliced peaches, drained ( I keep the juice to make a sauce for pork chops.)

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Stir together Bisquick, milk and nutmeg in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.

I am not real fond of nutmeg, so I sprinkles cinnamon and sugar over top. :):)

Serve plain or with ice cream. Super Yummy!!
                               So easy!!

Thank you so much for stopping by.
                    Have a great Sunday:)
