Tilda On A Tea Cup

Hi Everyone

Today I had fun playing with my Magnolia stamps.
I adore these stamps!!
There are so many to pick from.
I used Tilda with Daffodil's, and the Tea Cup.

I started out with some petty green card stock.
Used the flowers from the "flower pot"
stamp set by "Close To My Heart".
Then took a piece of pink pearlescent card stock
from  Crafter's Companion and ran that through my
big shot machine with the Sizzix, Distressed Squares,
embossing folder.  Placed that on top of the green card
stock and now it was ready for the stamps.
I stamped both Miss Tilda and the Tea Cup on Neenah
Card stock and colored them in with alcohol based markers.
Then cut them out and mounted them with foam squares.
For the little flower in Tilda's hand I used a small amount of
Flower Soft. I added some glitter on her shoe strings
and the Tea Cup. Then put the flowers and leaves at the top
and now it is ready to give to someone very special.

If you would like to see more of the
Tilda stamps
and accessories go to the
and check them out.

I hope you enjoyed the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
And have a scrappy day!!

Stamp It With Love

Hi Crafters,

Today I've made a Mother's Day card.
I know it's a little early, but this stamp
just called out MOM.

I started out with a piece of black card stock
folded in half. The rest were stamped on white card stock.
I rubbed  blue ink on the paper before stamping.
Then stamped out the Happy Mother's Day and
the scroll work design. These are from the new designs from
Stamp It.
I cut out the oval shape, and placed it in the middle
of the card with pop dots.
The sentiment was cut with a small die
 shape, and placed on top.
For the heart arrow, I cut out 3 hearts and put double
sided tape down the middle and stacked them
on top of each other. The arrow point is a clock hand.
On the back end is just a prima rose with the leaves
to make the feather end of the arrow.
Now just add some flowers on the top and bottom of the oval.
For the inside I placed a piece of gold card stock.
All finished.
Save for the big day.
