Crafter's Companion Challenge Of The Month

Hi Everyone

The 1st of September is here already.

That is a great thing, beause that means

this starts a brand new contest over on the Crafter's Companion's Challenge Blogsite.

This months theme is "Dots And Stripes".

Just use a stamp from the

Crafter's Companion Store, make a project using dots and or stripes and enter.

How easy is that!!

This is from the

Morehead-Fancy-Scalloped-Rocker-Cards Kit

And they are just wonderful.

Comes with the rocker cards, and all the

little images just waiting to be popped out and glued on. I just added the dotted ribbon and the flowers. And the butterflies are from

The Purple Cow Line of Products.

The last part, I punched little holes across the bottom and added french knots sewn across the scallops to finish.

1 Year Anniversary Blog

Hi everyone,

Today is my one year blog anniversary!

Cutie Pie

Hi Everyone,

I am so excited about the new Cd-Rom

from the Morehead Collection.

One of the sections are the figures

cut out on the edge of the card,

they are wonderful.

This is the one I chose for today:

I think they are adorable!!

I started by printing the image on

 Premium-Card Stock

then flip the card stock over and printed

a patterned paper on the other side.

Also from the Cd.

For the inside I used a purple card from the Fairyopolis Line Of Treasures.

Then added the "cutie pie" from another

sheet printed from the Cd.

I used the iris stamp from the Morehead

stamp set Girl. Added a bow, and

the inside was done.

For the outside, I just added the bow in her hair with the flowers on the end. Then flowers in the bottom left corner, the sentiment, and done.

Sunday Dinner

Hi Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday.

Today's recipe is:

"Chicken Paprika"

Very easy to make.

Ingredients:

4 lg. Chicken breasts Boneless

(Or what ever chicken you have)

( I used chicken wings)

1 lg. container of sliced mushrooms

1 pint sour cream

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper

paprika

Place chicken on bottom of a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. In a lg bowl mix mushrooms,

sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup of water, an salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth. Pour over chicken and shake paprika

over entire surface. Bake at 375 for one hour or until chicken is done.

You can serve with rice, as I did, or noodles, or mashed potato's, what ever you like.

I sprinkled with parsley and paprika, then put a little hot sauce in the middle for dipping.
