I made a lovely card today with the help of Shenna Douglass and Crafter's Companion.
The stamp is called Poinsettia, and I love the fact that you can use the leaves in a variety of ways.
Crafter's Companion's-Challenge.Blog is having a great contest. All you need to do is make a project using one of there stamps to enter. Pop over and take a look.
December's Theme is Sparkle
This month's prize is the Two Disc Humphrey Christmas Collection, and Three Humphrey Christmas stamp sets of your choice.
Here are 2 more picture's of the card.
I stamped Gold Metallic card stock with VersaMark and embossed with red and green embossing powder to make the Poinsettia from the Sheena Douglass stamp set. I used pop dots to give the flower a 3-D effect. Then put glitter in the center and the tips of the flower and sprayed it with Spray-Seal-Satin-Varnish so the glitter would stay put. To cut my card stock the Clever Cut-5-in-1-Paper-Trimmer came in very handy.
I hope you like the card. I had great fun making it.
We have so much fun over at Crafter's Companion. Come over and see all the new things we are doing. There is going to be a Christmas Blog Hop, and prizes, all kinds of fun!!
