Hi Crafters,
Today I've made a Mother's Day card.
I know it's a little early, but this stamp
just called out MOM.
I started out with a piece of black card stock
folded in half. The rest were stamped on white card stock.
I rubbed blue ink on the paper before stamping.
Then stamped out the Happy Mother's Day and
the scroll work design. These are from the new designs from
Stamp It.
I cut out the oval shape, and placed it in the middle
of the card with pop dots.
The sentiment was cut with a small die
shape, and placed on top.
For the heart arrow, I cut out 3 hearts and put double
sided tape down the middle and stacked them
on top of each other. The arrow point is a clock hand.
On the back end is just a prima rose with the leaves
to make the feather end of the arrow.
Now just add some flowers on the top and bottom of the oval.
For the inside I placed a piece of gold card stock.
All finished.
Save for the big day.
