Sunday Dinner

Hi Everyone,

Today I am going to show you an easy
Alfredo Sauce you can use for all kinds of dishes.

Recipe for the Sauce:

2 cups half and half
1/2 cup melted butter
1 8oz bar cream cheese cut into cubes
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt, more if needed
pepper to taste.

In large pot on medium to low heat, put half and half, melted butter and cream cheese in and whisk until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper until  smooth and creamy.
Make sure you watch and whisk often so it doesn't burn or boil over.

I used my sauce with boiled egg noodles, and broccoli, for a side dish. If you add chicken,
it can be an all in one meal. Just and a salad
and garlic bread, and dinner is done.

Now I know this is going to be very rich, but if you would like a nice brunch on Sunday,
Make up the sauce the day before and put in fridge. Next morning, put some asiago
cheese bagels ( or your favorite kind) in the toaster. Put half on the plate,
place a piece of Havarti chesse on top, add
2 slices of bacon, a poached egg (or fried), then the sauce over top. serve with melon and strawberries!  YUM!!:)

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

I hope I at least made you hungry:)

Have a great Sunday!!
